What You’ll Do:
● Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial pool systems and control equipment
● Learn to read blueprints and technical documents under the guidance of experienced technicians
● Support the setup of chemical automation systems, plumbing, electrical connections, and system startup
● Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and manufacturer specifications
● Travel to various job sites throughout Washington (some overnight travel may be required)
● Maintain tools, job site cleanliness, and proper material handling procedures
● Communicate effectively with team members and site managers to ensure successful installations
What We’re Looking For:
● High school diploma or GED required
● Mechanically inclined and eager to work in a skilled trade
● Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and techniques on the job
● Excellent attitude, punctuality, and reliability
● Comfortable working with hand and power tools
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all seasons
Nice To Have (but Not Required):
● Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or pool systems
● Basic understanding of low-voltage wiring
