Responsibilities:
● Delivering quality customer service and maintaining a clean and stocked workspace
● Leading and enabling a team to deliver the best possible customer experience
● Coaching and training associates on best practices
● Managing performance and ensuring adequate department coverage
● Conducting safety walks and reporting hazards
● Engaging with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions
Qualifications:
● A High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in a retail environment
● At least 1 year of customer service experience
● Experience supervising teams, with or without direct report responsibility
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
● Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
Preferred Qualifications:
● 3 years of retail customer service experience
● Experience in a leadership role with direct report responsibility
● Familiarity with home improvement retail sectors
