Responsibilities:
● Manage the field operations of assigned plumbing projects
● Oversee the daily work of all field personnel
● Coordinate subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
● Maintain the highest quality standards throughout the project
● Communicate clear expectations, work rules, and operational procedures to the team
Qualifications:
● Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
● Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience, including project oversight
● At least 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Safety knowledge related to tools, testing equipment, and worksite surroundings
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
● OSHA 10 and 30 certifications
● Willingness to travel to out-of-town job sites as needed
● Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor field personnel
