Responsibilities:
● Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally using a call script.
● Maintain clear communication with dispatch and management to ensure smooth scheduling.
● Accurately update and manage customer information in the database.
● Schedule service, maintenance, and estimate appointments.
● Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns.
● Make outbound calls for scheduling reminders and service follow-ups.
● Support the Dispatch Service Representative as needed.
● Participate in ongoing training to enhance your HVAC/plumbing knowledge and customer service skills.
● Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
● Collaborate across departments to contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
● A minimum of a high school diploma; a college degree is a plus.
● Experience with dispatching software, particularly ServiceTitan, is preferred.
● Prior experience in mechanical trades or construction environments is a plus.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette.
● Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
● Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
