Job Details:
● Location: City Hall, 4th Floor (EV)
● Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 3:45 PM
Responsibilities:
● Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
● Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with building codes
● Oversee plumbing projects and coordinate with team members
● Respond to plumbing emergencies in a timely manner
● Maintain accurate records of work performed
Qualifications:
● Completion of thirty (30) hours from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of relevant experience; or
● Graduation from high school or possession of a General Educational Development Certificate (GED) and five (5) years of relevant experience
● At least three (3) years of experience as a building superintendent, foreman, contractor, or licensed inspector
● Possession of a valid Class “D” Oklahoma Driver license
● Unlimited Journeyman license in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or licensed inspector
● Oklahoma Unlimited Inspector license in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or building must be obtained within one (1) year of hire
