We are looking for a skilled Associate Facilities Program Coordinator to oversee the HVAC and plumbing operations at our Health Science Center (HSC) and East Campus (EC) Research Buildings. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a leading healthcare institution!

Responsibilities:
● Review employee evaluations and performance documentation
● Manage staff and budgets for the HSC & EC Research Buildings department
● Oversee daily operations of the department
● Develop quality controls and improvements
● Implement Plant Operations Policies and Procedures
● Handle service and maintenance contracts
● Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) standards

Qualifications:
● An Associate’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Electrical Systems, Construction Management, Facilities Management) along with at least five (5) years of management experience, or at least ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in management and oversight of electrical/structural systems
● Experience maintaining a large, complex facility is preferred
