Responsibilities:
● Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers
● Conduct thorough inspections and accurately quote replacements or repairs
● Complete proposed work as quoted
● Participate in on-call assignments and backup as required
● Attend all staff meetings and training sessions
● Maintain a positive attitude and promote a friendly work environment
● Work efficiently and adhere to company policies and procedures
● Assist others in the completion of assigned duties
● Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
● Ability to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to plumbing codes
● Understanding of water heater and water conditioning operations, well pumps, and sewer cleaning
● Basic skills in plumbing repairs and installations
● Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
● Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks such as crawling, climbing, kneeling, and reaching overhead
● Valid driver’s license is required
● Background checks and drug testing will be conducted
