If you’re eager to learn the trade and work alongside experienced professionals in a family-owned and operated company, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Our apprenticeship program is designed to help you gain hands-on experience and develop the skills you need to become a fully licensed Journeyman Plumber.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
● Assist licensed plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential plumbing systems.
● Learn to troubleshoot plumbing issues such as clogged drains, leaks, and water heater problems.
● Help with routine tasks, including pipe cutting, fittings, and system installations.
● Assist in water heater repair and installation, backflow system services, and comprehensive sewer services.
● Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly organized.
● Follow safety protocols and local plumbing codes on every job site.
● Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
● Participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction to gain a deeper understanding of the plumbing trade.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
● High school diploma or equivalent required.
● Strong desire to learn the plumbing trade and pursue a long-term career in plumbing.
● Good mechanical skills and ability to work with hand and power tools.
● Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
● Ability to take direction and work well with a team.
● Willingness to work in a variety of conditions, including confined spaces and outdoor environments.
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
● Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
