Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our branch. This role involves managing the branch, training, developing, and retaining our team of service and installation technicians, driving revenue growth, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead with passion and accountability to ensure a culture of excellence within the team.
● Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including staffing, training, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
● Train, develop, and retain service and installation technicians to foster a high-performing team.
● Cultivate a positive and productive work environment.
● Uphold our “white collar” image in the “blue collar” industry.
● Ensure compliance with industry codes and high customer satisfaction levels.
● Drive sales and profit growth through effective management and strategic planning.
● Manage scheduling and performance reviews to meet or exceed performance expectations.
● Maintain branch equipment and inventory in an organized manner.
● Monitor financial performance, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency.
● Conduct routine performance reviews and provide regular feedback to technicians.
● Actively manage and drive key performance indicators (KPIs).
● Address and resolve customer complaints professionally to ensure retention.
● Collaborate with management to adhere to company-wide objectives.
Qualifications
● Proven experience in the plumbing industry.
● Previous leadership or managerial experience with a strong track record of team success.
● Strong leadership abilities with an emphasis on emotional intelligence.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficient in management software and tracking tools for KPIs and revenue.
● Experience managing budgets and driving revenue growth.
● Knowledge of industry codes, safety protocols, and regulations.
