Responsibilities:
● Prepare and implement estimate plans for assigned projects according to procedures
● Manage the complete Estimating Department
● Utilize task lists to implement estimate plans
● Review all issues related to take-off conditions and document interpretation
● Accurately perform take-off processes in accordance with procedures
● Develop initial subcontractor and equipment vendor contacts as required
● Coordinate project-related instructions and information between management and vendors/subcontractors
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in estimating for plumbing and HVAC projects
● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
● Ability to manage a team effectively
● Excellent communication and coordination skills
● Familiarity with industry procedures and standards
