What You’ll Get:
● $62,000 – $70,000 base salary, depending on experience
● Quarterly bonus structure (¼ bonus)
● Full-time schedule Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, on-call 1 week per month to answer technical questions

What’s This Role About?
As our Commercial Plumbing Supervisor, you’ll manage people, performance, and projects — making sure every install and service call is done right, safely, and efficiently. You won’t just sit behind a desk — you’ll be in the field, coaching your crew, solving problems, and talking directly to commercial clients about the quality we stand behind.

What You’ll Do:
● Visit job sites regularly and provide hands-on support to your plumbing techs
● Step in and work alongside the crew when needed to complete projects
● Perform quality control inspections on service and install jobs
● Speak with customers about job quality, answer concerns, and build trust
● Provide technical guidance and support — especially on complex jobs
● Write and review job estimates
● Be on-call 1 week per month to provide after-hours technical support (not field work)

What You Bring to the Table:
● 10+ years in the plumbing trade, with strong commercial experience
● Previous leadership or supervisory experience
● Ability to write accurate, professional estimates
● Strong communication skills — both with your team and with clients
● High standards for quality, safety, and customer service
● Valid driver’s license + relevant trade certifications
