Responsibilities
● Provide service and maintenance to customers in a diverse commercial base, focusing on higher education, K-12 schools, hospitals, hotels, and government facilities.
● Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems used for water distribution and wastewater disposal in commercial and industrial buildings.
● Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative service, maintenance, inspections, and site surveys as needed or requested by customers.

Qualifications
● High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years as a journeyman plumber with experience in commercial plumbing service, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
● Experience in commercial sewer and drain systems.
● Backflow License and Medical Gas Certification are a plus.
● Ability to work in diverse conditions, including exposure to harsh weather and operating equipment.
● Must be physically active and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds regularly, more than 50 pounds occasionally).
● Reliable attendance and punctuality are required to meet client needs.
