Responsibilities:
● Manage and oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of plumbing and HVAC construction projects.
● Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure timely project completion.
● Monitor budgets, costs, and resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.
● Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and quality standards.
● Lead and mentor superintendents, supervisors, and field personnel, fostering a strong team environment.
● Work closely with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
● 5+ years of construction management experience, focusing on Plumbing and HVAC.
● Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, blueprints, and construction best practices.
● Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, or large-scale mechanical projects.
● Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and meet project deadlines.
● Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
● Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
● Experience with LEED-certified projects and sustainability initiatives.
● Familiarity with local Phoenix building codes and regulations.

● Based in Phoenix, AZ, overseeing projects across the region.
