Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and supervise journeyman and apprentice-level team members on job sites
● Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for HVAC and plumbing systems
● Plan daily work activities, allocate resources, and maintain project timelines
● Ensure compliance with job site safety standards and company policies
● Perform installations, modifications, and preventive maintenance as needed
● Communicate effectively with project managers, foremen, and clients
● Document work performed and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
● Valid Journeyman license in plumbing or HVAC
● Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction projects
● Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members
● Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices
● Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and at various heights
● Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
● Experience in Medical Gas (MedGas) installation is ideal
