Job Description

As a Drain Cleaning Technician for Lickety Split, you will provide 5-star service to all our customers, while cleaning drains with high-pressure jetters, Picote, and snakes. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Performing drain cleaning and maintenance tasks using high-pressure jetters, Picote, and snakes
• Identifying and troubleshooting drain problems using cameras
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records of services performed
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Adhering to safety protocols and industry regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Drain Cleaning Technician or similar role
• Proficient in using a Picote for drain cleaning
• Proficient in operating a High Pressure Jet machine
• Proficient in using various snakes for drain cleaning
• Good at identifying drain problems with a camera
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
