Responsibilities:
● Provide high-quality plumbing services, including drain cleaning and repairs
● Deliver excellent customer service while diagnosing and selling repairs
● Utilize Service Titan software for managing service requests
● Maintain company-provided truck, tools, and equipment in good condition
Qualifications:
● 1+ year of drain cleaning and/or plumbing experience
● Sales-focused mindset
● Apprentice Plumber card preferred
● Valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last 3 years
● Ability to use an iPad and related software
● Strong customer service skills
