Responsibilities:
● Safely use hand and power tools to perform repairs, installations, and maintenance according to building codes and safety regulations.
● Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.
● Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and other construction professionals.
● Follow building plans and blueprints.
● Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies as directed by the plumber or foreperson.
● Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
● Keep accurate records of work orders, detailed work progress, labor, and materials.
Basic Qualifications:
● Must be 18 years of age or older
● One (1) year of experience in the plumbing field required
● Must possess a valid, unexpired driver’s license
● Must possess a journeyman electrician’s license in the state, county, or city jurisdiction in which work will be performed
Preferred Qualifications:
● Three (3) years of experience in the plumbing field is preferred
