Responsibilities:
● Manage work crews on assigned project(s)
● Collaborate with Superintendent to achieve client satisfaction and project profitability
● Review project documents: plans, specifications, and other pertinent information
● Attend hand-off meetings to discuss project scope, schedule, subcontractors, materials, and start dates
● Ensure Mullins’ safety policies and procedures are enforced daily, including:
● Enforcing site-specific safety plans
● Attending weekly safety toolbox talks
● Submitting detailed Incident Reporting Forms on the same day any incident occurs
● Collaborate with the Quality Control Manager and Project Manager to implement the Quality Assurance Plan
● Notify the Superintendent of any delays or opportunities to accelerate the schedule
● Request materials and equipment from the Superintendent as necessary
● Secure tools and equipment on the jobsite and report any needed repairs
● Maintain all tools and equipment provided by Mullins
● Confirm the proper installation of all project equipment
● Utilize current technology to track and distribute information on construction projects
● Update, review, and submit all required reports/logs promptly
● Ensure the jobsite remains clean and orderly
Qualifications:
● Previous experience as a construction Foreman or in a similar role
● Knowledge of local safety, quality, and health guidelines for construction sites
● Strong understanding of construction operations and processes
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills
● Professional communication abilities
● Ability to lead and inspire team members
● OSHA 10 certification
