● Present price, credit, and terms based on customer profitability profiles.
● Provide accurate information on in-stock items and vendor shipment dates.
● Monitor and expedite scheduled shipment dates for timely delivery.
● Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction through follow-up calls.
● Fill requests for catalogs, samples, and information.
● Maintain customer files and communication with the purchasing department.
● Actively upsell complementary products to customers.
● Promote and differentiate our products from competitors.
● Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing solutions to their needs.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or GED required.
● Minimum of 2 years in a similar position preferred.
● Experience in wholesale distribution and familiarity with product applications is a plus.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
● Bilingual skills (Spanish) are desirable.
