Journeyman Plumber with HVAC Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings
• Install and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and appliances
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty components
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
• Collaborate with a team of technicians and contractors on plumbing projects
• Utilize plumbing tools and equipment effectively and safely
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Safely handle and dispose of plumbing materials and waste
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including heating and cooling equipment
• Assist in the installation and repair of HVAC systems and components
• Conduct routine HVAC maintenance tasks, such as filter replacement and system cleaning
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues, recommending and implementing solutions
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices for plumbing and HVAC work
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.
