Responsibilities:
● Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on commercial projects
● Work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines
● Conduct thorough inspections to identify plumbing issues and propose effective solutions
● Collaborate with team members to develop project plans and execute them efficiently
● Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems
● Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times
● Collaborate with general contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success
● Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements
Qualifications:
● Valid Journeyman Plumber license (Montana) or State apprenticeship card and current OJT hours
● Versed in building codes
● Proven experience in commercial plumbing projects
● High standards of quality, craftsmanship, and professionalism
● Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with a team
● Self-motivated and able to work independently
● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● A safe driving record
● Compliance with our drug-free workplace policy
● A willingness to mentor the next generation of plumbers
● Familiarity with the region and local general contractors is preferred but not required
● Must currently reside in the area or be willing to relocate (relocating assistance not provided)
