Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our growing team in Green Bay, WI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial plumbing, with a focus on providing high-quality service to our valued clients.
As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems, including water heaters, sump pumps, and gas lines.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, providing cost-effective solutions.
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe repairs, and leak detection as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, time worked, and tasks completed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
- Ensure all plumbing installations comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining plumbing issues and solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the job site and service vehicle.
- Assist in the training and development of apprentices and less experienced team members.
- Providing the same quality plumbing service customers demand from the neighborhood plumber, not some investment company from out of town.
Qualifications Required:
- Valid Wisconsin Plumbing License (Journeyman Plumber or Master Plumber) – Preferred but will take apprentice.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of plumbing experience (residential and commercial preferred)
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
