Key Responsibilities:
● Service & Repair: Perform plumbing services for residential and light commercial clients, including troubleshooting and repairs of hydronic gas heating systems.
● Installation: Install and service ductless mini-splits, high-efficiency heating systems, and complete new residential installations.
● Tool Proficiency: Operate both traditional and modern tools such as Propress and Megapress systems, PEX piping, and soldering methods.
● Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues with accuracy and efficiency.
● Customer Service: Provide excellent service and clear communication to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
● Licensing: Must hold a Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
● Experience: Proven expertise in residential and light commercial plumbing services and installations.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency with both traditional and modern plumbing tools and technologies.
● Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing and heating systems.
● Work Ethic: Reliable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship.
