We are looking for a skilled **WA Licensed Journeyman Plumber** to help us continue delivering top-notch service in the Kent, WA area.

Responsibilities:
● Oversee the installation of bath and shower system fixtures per plumbing code
● Train and develop installers to ensure quality plumbing fixture installation
● Manage customer interactions during the installation process, troubleshooting service calls effectively
● Communicate job status updates to the Production Manager

Qualifications:
● Must have a current WASHINGTON Journeyman Plumber’s License
● Clean DMV record as the plumber will drive a company vehicle
● Strong leadership skills to manage job sites
● Ability to train and develop apprentice installers
● Excellent communication skills to relate to employees and clients
● Dependable with great follow-up and responsiveness
● Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations
