Responsibilities:
● Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews of 1-2 Plumber Apprentices
● Inspect and perform assembly, installation, repair, and testing of plumbing systems
● Train and direct crew members, ensuring high work quality standards
● Collaborate with the Plumbing Superintendent to mentor current Apprentic
● Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws

Qualifications:
● High school diploma / GED
● Current Texas Plumber Journeyman license
● Experience in plumbing and managing plumbing jobs or similar experience
● Ability to operate and maintain company equipment and tools
● Valid Driver’s License required
