Responsibilities:
● Perform plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs in both residential and commercial environments
● Meet performance expectations as outlined by Blue Collar and management
● Lead and manage plumbing service calls from start to finish
● Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, water heaters, and fixtures
● Install plumbing systems and components according to code
● Train and mentor pre-apprentice and apprentice plumbing technicians
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
● Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
● Recognize customer needs and prepare work cost estimates
● Adhere to safety policies and procedures
● Perform all other duties assigned to this role
Qualifications:
● Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record
● Valid Wisconsin Plumber License (mandatory)
● Minimum of 5-7 years of residential plumbing experience
● Strong leadership and communication skills
● Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
● Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions/processes
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
● Capacity to physically carry, lift, and push up to 75 pounds
● Frequently required to stand and walk
● Frequently required to bend, reach, stoop, or crawl
● Perform repetitive motions using your hands and fingers
