Responsibilities:
● Communicate professionally with customers, staff, and team members.
● Perform thorough inspections and provide accurate quotes for repairs or replacements.
● Complete all quoted work to a high standard.
● Participate in on-call assignments and staff training.
● Maintain a positive, professional attitude and contribute to a friendly work environment.
● Adhere to company policies and procedures.
● Assist others and handle additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
● Ability to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems, following plumbing codes.
● Experience with water heaters, conditioning systems, well pumps, sewer cleaning, and plumbing repairs is preferred.
● Strong communication and customer service skills.
● Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification opportunities.
Physical Requirements:
● Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 lbs.
● Ability to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and work on ladders.
● Use of hand and power tools is essential.
