Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs in all facilities.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls and evaluate situations for corrective action.
• Investigate and respond to emergency gas odor reports.
• Represent management in after-hours emergency “on call” status.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of natural gas services.
• Install new plumbing fixtures and related devices.
• Monitor system efficiency and recommend solutions.
• Supervise contractors for plumbing-related activities.
• Prepare and submit budgets while approving related expenditures.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant codes and policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a licensed journeyman in plumbing.
• Licensed as a Master Plumber in the State of Texas.
• Preferred: Licensed as a Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester.
• Working knowledge of computerized systems.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to write reports and read technical manuals/blueprints.
• Demonstrated stable work history.

Physical Demands:
This position requires exertion of up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and may involve exposure to unpleasant environmental conditions.
