Responsibilities:
● Repair plumbing fixtures throughout the facility
● Perform preventative maintenance on required equipment
● Maintain the hospital sewer system, including drain maintenance
● Troubleshoot supply water issues and implement solutions
● Read and understand facility mechanical blueprints
● Install new equipment, fixtures, and systems
Qualifications:
● High School Diploma or equivalent
● 8 years of documented lead work in plumbing operations, maintenance, and installations in a large facility (400,000 sq. ft. or more)
● Valid Plumber License in the State of Michigan
Schedule:
● Shift: Day (7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.), Monday to Friday
