Responsibilities:
● Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, and drainage systems in commercial and residential structures.
● Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing and HVAC systems.
● Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
● Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
● Ensure all systems are operating correctly and up to code requirements.
● Collaborate with general contractors and tradespeople.
● Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
● Participate in a rotating on-call system for non-traditional working hours.
● Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or G.E.D. certification.
● Current Master Plumber license.
● Preferred five (5) years of experience as a Master Plumber.
● Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
● Knowledge of plumbing/HVAC trade practices and theory.
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
● Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
● Ability to work independently and handle stress.
