Responsibilities:
● Lead residential and light commercial service calls
● Diagnose and repair plumbing systems
● Complete installations with precision
● Guide and mentor apprentices
● Boost earnings with upsells

Qualifications:
● Master plumber license in Michigan
● 5+ years of plumbing experience
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Ability to work independently and take on a lead role
● Strong troubleshooting skills with high-quality installations and maintenance
● Proficient in computer use
● Organized, self-directed, and excellent at customer communication
● Passion for mentoring apprentices and contributing to the team

Compensation & Benefits:
● Excellent pay: $40–$50 PER HOUR – union rates without being unionized
● $4,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Schedule:
