As a Master Plumber, your key responsibilities will include:
● Oversee and manage large plumbing projects.
● Design plumbing systems and select appropriate materials.
● Inspect and test installed systems and pipelines, and resolve any issues found.
● Train and mentor junior plumbing staff.
● Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures for all installations and repairs.
● Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear communication within the team and with project stakeholders.
● Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
● Requires a SECRET security clearance with the ability to be upgraded to TS/SCI w/ Poly level clearance.
● High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
● Master Plumber’s license.
● Backflow Testing Certification from a CONUS jurisdiction.
● Eight (8) years of experience in trade and building maintenance, including two (2) years in a lead or supervisory role.
● Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs.
● Ability to read blueprints and perform material take-offs from prints.
● Effective leadership and communication skills.
● Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
