Responsibilities:
● Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, including domestic water, vacuum, and sewer lines.
● Install fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and water heaters with precision.
● Perform leak tests using compressed air or water, ensuring all systems are functional.
● Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
● Provide exceptional customer service, explaining work performed and pricing before starting any project.
● Train and mentor maintenance and service technicians.
● Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean service vehicle for efficiency.
● Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
● A Valid Master Plumber License and a GED or High School Diploma.
● An Associate Degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience as a Master Plumber in residential service and maintenance.
● Strong technical skills with the ability to mentor others.
● Excellent communication and customer service skills.
● Dependable, organized, and willing to travel to job sites within the Okemo Valley region.
