● Drive nearly 50 miles often to various job sites.
● Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
● Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
● Communicate effectively with property management and other team members regarding plumbing needs and project updates.
● Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
● Adhere to local plumbing codes and regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a plumber, with a Master Plumbing license.
● Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and repair techniques.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Fluency in English is required for effective communication.
● Essential plumbing tools include pipe wrenches, adjustable wrenches, plungers, pipe cutters, drain snakes, and Teflon tape.
