Responsibilities:
● Develop and lead our new plumbing division
● Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems
● Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
● Provide exceptional customer service and communication with clients
● Troubleshoot and solve plumbing issues effectively
● Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
● In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage
● Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations
● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
● Experience working with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
● Excellent customer service and communication skills
● Maine State Master Plumbing License required
● Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
Heating Qualifications:
● 5+ years of experience in heating system maintenance and repair
● Propane/Natural Gas Basic License for Maine is required
● Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
● Outstanding time management and efficiency
● Excellent customer service and communication skills
● Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable record
