As a Master Plumber, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Installation teams to deliver five-star shower installations and bath remodel experiences to our valued customers. You will work alongside our General Manager and Installation Manager, ensuring every job is a success.

In this role, you can expect to:
● Serve as the subject matter expert at your branch for all plumbing-related operations
● Balance your schedule with both office (~30%) and field work (~70%)
● Review upcoming jobs with the Installation Manager and obtain necessary permits
● Schedule rough-in inspections and assist with pre-installation and final inspections
● Respond to service calls and provide assistance to Installers with plumbing questions
● Act as primary backup to the Installation Manager for scheduling installations and inspections
What It Takes to Succeed:
● An active Alabama Master Plumber License in good standing
● A passion for mentoring and developing skills in others
● Strong attention to detail
● A valid Driver’s License
● A smart phone or smart device to access company systems

● Schedule: Non-exempt role with standard hours Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM onwards
● Location: St. Petersburg, FL
● Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level
