Responsibilities:
● Serve as the subject matter expert for all plumbing-related operations at your branch
● Balance your schedule with both office (~30%) and field work (~70%)
● Review upcoming jobs with the Installation Manager and obtain necessary permits
● Schedule rough-in inspections and assist with pre-install and on-site final inspections
● Respond to service calls and help Installers with plumbing-related inquiries
● Act as a primary backup to the Installation Manager, assisting with scheduling and product orders
Qualifications:
● Active Tennessee Master Plumber (LLP) License in good standing
● Strong passion for mentoring and developing the skills of others
● Excellent attention to detail
● Valid Driver’s License
● Must possess a valid smartphone or smart device for company systems access
