● Collaborate with operations to set and meet company goals
● Lead, train, and guide the plumbing crew daily
● Oversee the installation and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring they meet all project specifications and codes
● Maintain a professional appearance and communication style, upholding company values
● Provide daily job completion updates
● Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company policies
● Coordinate with the shop for scheduling and deliveries
● Read blueprints and prepare material lists accurately
Qualifications:
● Must be a Lead or Master Plumber with supervisory experience

Compensation:
