Are you an experienced plumber with a passion for excellence in Plumbing and Mechanical Systems? Join our dynamic team where we value collaboration, quality, and innovation! We specialize in managing large projects ranging from $5 to $20 million and are looking for a talented individual to help us bring our projects to life through thorough execution and leadership.

Responsibilities:
● Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to oversee project cost control and labor/material forecasting.
● Actively participate in the BIM coordination process for efficient installation of MEP systems.
● Lead the management of Requests for Information (RFI) and technical submittals.
● Oversee all phases of Plumbing and HVAC installations from foundation to commissioning.
● Supervise daily activities of subcontractors and ensure quality control through inspections and testing.
● Manage the final turnover of projects, leading the startup and performance testing of systems.

Qualifications:
● Minimum 7 years of experience in Plumbing and/or HVAC systems.
● Journeyman in Plumbing or HVAC license preferred, with extensive knowledge of all codes.
● Proven experience in commercial ground-up construction, particularly supervising plumbing and HVAC trades.
● Strong background as a former Journeyman or Master Plumber/HVAC Technician or degree in Construction Management/Mechanical Engineering.
● Proficient in construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid) and visualization tools (Bluebeam Revu).
● Current OSHA 30-Hour Certification is mandatory.
