Responsibilities:
● Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, and standard plumbing repairs.
● Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential settings.
● Handle customer queries, troubleshoot and resolve problems, and prepare cost estimates.
● Gain sewer and drain cleaning experience.
Qualifications:
● Customer service experience is essential.
● Hand tools are a must.
● Must pass a drug screen, MVR, and background check.
● Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 years or older.
● Good work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new methods.
● Physical dexterity is required.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Pay: $16 per hour plus a 3% commission on sales.
