Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage operations of Medium Projects and Small Projects divisions.
● Supervise and support estimators, project managers, warehouse personnel, and field staff.
● Foster a high-performing team culture prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.
● Manage new construction and tenant improvement projects from $50K to $1.5 Million.
● Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
● Serve as the main contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
● Oversee all commercial service work, including drain cleaning/jetting and backflow testing.
● Ensure timely scheduling and execution of small projects.
● Collaborate with estimators for accurate project estimates.
● Provide guidance to project managers to meet project goals.
● Manage warehouse operations for material procurement and organization.
● Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations.
● Continuously evaluate and improve operational workflows.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 5 years in operations management within commercial plumbing or construction; 10 years preferred.
● Experience overseeing large-scale construction and service-oriented projects.
● Relevant Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience/certifications.
● Strong understanding of plumbing systems and commercial construction regulations.
● Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
● Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
● Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
● Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Compensation:
● $120,000 to $140,000 + performance-based incentives and bonuses.
