We are looking for a skilled Plumbing Superintendent to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage the onsite construction as a collaborative team
● Coordinate & oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned projects
● Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain the project schedule
● Introduce and train new hires on job sites
● Conduct performance reviews for direct reports
● Work with the estimating team during the bidding of projects
● Assist in purchasing and managing project supplies
● Review preliminary project documents and attend hand-off meetings
● Enforce Mullins’ safety policies and procedures daily
● Prepare a two-week look ahead schedule with the Project Manager
● Manage project deliveries and logistics
● Coordinate with the Owner/General Contractor and subcontractors
● Oversee proper installation of equipment on the project
● Utilize technology to track and distribute project information
● Organize weekly project meetings with Mullins’ Foremen and subcontractors
● Track Foremen and subcontractor performance
● Document lessons learned at the close-out meeting
● Keep the jobsite clean and orderly

Qualifications:
● Previous experience as a construction superintendent for industrial plumbing projects
● Knowledge of safety, quality, and health guidelines for job sites
● Understanding of construction operations and processes
● Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
● Strong organizational and time-management skills
● Effective professional communication skills
● Ability to lead and inspire a team
● OSHA 30 certification
