Responsibilities:
● Conduct inspections of piping installations and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with design requirements and codes.
● Collaborate with sub-contractors to create and implement inspection and test plans for piping and plumbing systems.
● Maintain detailed records of all inspections, non-conformances, and quality verification documents.
● Participate in quality-related discussions and help resolve any issues that arise.
● Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during inspections.
Qualifications:
● Accredited degree in a relevant field and 10 years of work experience, or 12 years of experience without accreditation.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in piping, plumbing, and mechanical inspection, preferably in life sciences or biotech.
● AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification strongly preferred.
● Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding QA/QC procedures.
● Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with various stakeholders.
