We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Plumber to help maintain our facilities and ensure efficient plumbing operations.

Job Details:
● Location: 1111 Fannin Street, Harris County
● Salary: Commensurate with experience, based on 26 pay periods
● Type: Regular Full-time

Responsibilities:
● Performing all necessary plumbing operations at various county facilities, including estimating, installing, and repairing pipes and fittings
● Installing fixtures, repairing commodes, sinks, faucets, and unstopping drain lines
● Driving personal or county vehicles to various work sites as needed
● Assisting and training less experienced co-workers
● Being available for on-call after hours

Qualifications:
● High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
● Current Apprentice Plumber License
● Four (4) years of hands-on experience repairing plumbing systems in commercial/industrial settings
● Valid driver’s license (Texas upon hire) and a good driving record
● Ability to understand and follow instructions and read blueprints
● Skilled in the use of hand tools and power equipment related to plumbing
● Excellent mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills
● Must be able to pass a criminal history check, security check, and drug test

Preferred Qualifications:
● Backflow Prevention License
● Current Journeyman Plumber License
