Responsibilities:
● Perform skilled plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing, drainage, and sewage systems according to state specifications.
● Direct and inspect the work of maintenance personnel and contractors.
● Assist with other building trades related to construction or remodeling.
● Prepare cost estimates and review blueprints and plans for plumbing projects.
● Maintain proficiency in computerized building maintenance programs.
● Complete other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
● Valid Master Plumber License issued by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.
● Valid Class D Driver’s License.
● Ability to obtain unlicensed Electrician License within six months and other required certifications within specified periods.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
● Knowledge of HVAC systems and preventative maintenance.
● Strong math skills for basic calculations.
● Familiarity with computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
● Experience in conflict resolution and effective communication.
● Previous experience in building trades or as a lead worker.
