Responsibilities:
● Perform skilled plumbing work and maintain medical air and steam systems
● Utilize facility management software effectively
● Conduct semi-skilled HVAC work as needed
● Perform preventive maintenance on various plumbing equipment
● Inspect, calibrate, adjust, lubricate, repair, or replace plumbing system components
● Maintain records of repairs and schedule maintenance efficiently
● Work at different sites within the healthcare network

Qualifications:
● High School Diploma or equivalent experience
● Proven plumbing experience
● 2+ years of experience in facilities engineering within a hospital setting
● 5+ years of relevant commercial plumbing experience
● NYS Backflow Preventer Certification and Medical Gas ASSE 6040 certifications preferred

Physical Requirements:
● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
● Capable of climbing, bending, and working in tight spaces

Location and Travel Requirements:
● Onsite at our Main Campus
● Periodic travel to other facilities may be required
