● Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
● Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
● Perform pipe threading and connect pipes using various methods.
● Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete plumbing tasks efficiently.
● Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide solutions.
● Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all plumbing work.
● Collaborate with other tradespeople, to complete construction projects.
● Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each job.
Skills:
● Proficiency in blueprint reading for effective installation and repair of plumbing systems.
● Experience with pipe threading techniques and tools.
● Strong understanding of construction plumbing principles and practices.
● Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively in various environments.
● Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
● Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on field service operations.
● Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
