Responsibilities:
● Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.
● Locate and mark positions of pipes and connections.
● Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and fittings.
● Cut, thread, and bend pipes composed of iron, steel, brass, clay, and plastic using hand and power tools.
● Maintain inventory and equipment on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 3-4 years Journeyman experience in plumbing.
● Thorough working knowledge of dispensing (liquid) units and fire systems.
● Working knowledge of the plumbing code and industry trends.
● Valid Driver’s license.
● Must be a team player, motivated, dedicated, and able to delegate tasks and duties as needed to achieve company success.
● Full availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Other Functions:
All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
