● Solving cross connections
● Installing waste and vent piping
● Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
● Familiar with mixing valves and pressure regulators
● Troubleshoot water heaters and installing new water heaters
● Test hot and cold piping, waste and vent piping, water piping, and gas systems
● Cut openings in walls and floors for repairs
● Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes
● Test pipes for leaks using pressure gauges
● Must possess skills using power tools
● Certification is a plus, but not required
● Secure company vehicle assigned
● Must be professional, dependable, responsible, and pay attention to detail
● Qualified candidate must have a clean DMV record
● Drug test, physical, and background required
Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial/restaurant plumbing service and repair.
