Responsibilities:
● Remove, replace, and repair plumbing fixtures including toilets, faucets, and water heaters
● Repair sewer lines and grease traps
● Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems
● Safely operate plumbing and sewer machinery
● Respond to emergency situations during and after hours
● Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
● Three years of journey-level commercial plumbing experience
● High school diploma or GED
● Completion of an apprenticeship or vocational education can substitute two years of experience
● Valid Arizona driver’s license by hire date with an acceptable driving record
● Must pass a PREA background investigation

We Also Value:
● Five years of experience in a large commercial or institutional environment
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software

Protective Equipment Required:
● Ability to use various personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
